Connect to crew Wi-Fi
The crew programme and screens are served at the festival. This is the public connection-help page.
- Join bigbang-crew in your Wi-Fi settings. Ask a crew member for the password.
- Open this link in Safari or Chrome, then try again.
Already on crew Wi-Fi?
If you still see this page, your phone may be using a VPN, Private DNS or Private Relay instead of the Wi-Fi network’s DNS.
- Android: set Private DNS to Automatic.
- iPhone or iPad: in the details for bigbang-crew, set Configure DNS to Automatic. If Private Relay is active, turn off Limit IP Address Tracking for this Wi-Fi network.
- If a VPN is active, pause it while opening the crew website.
Reconnect to Wi-Fi and reopen this link. Restore any settings you changed when you leave.
For direct access, type http://10.77.20.2/ into your browser, keeping http:// at the start.
